ARM build on Ubuntu #305

Attempting to checkout and build on Ubuntu 12.04 for ARM fails due to mk trying 
to invoke "arm-gcc", which I worked around by symlinking to /usr/bin/gcc.

This seems due to it going blindly after OBJTYPE somehow (which I set to arm as 
a matter of course).
