📝 Document existence of the Matrix Space #1075

This patch adds a Matrix badge with Space links and identifiers. It also explains that registering on IRC is not necessary if one has a Matrix account already.

Yeah, I saw it the other day, not sure why TBH, I'll inline the code...

The documentation still exists, but not does the author nor his project on GitHub.
