option to only select https #83

If you are searching for the fastest mirror with https, it would be handy if you could add the desired scheme on the commandline as option

It would be useful to be able to select all mirrors for this test, since there are not so many https mirrors, that are up-to-date.

Is there a bounty open for this? If not there should be, I could throw money in the pot.

Sorry to have requested this, https://mirrors.edge.kernel.org/ubuntu/ is sufficient for all my use cases.
