@laurentkempe thanks for the PR! I eventually noticed my mistake and fixed it on master. 🙂

It looks like your PR has flushed out a bug in GitHub for Visual Studio. When I double click on README.md, I'm seeing this:

It looks like it isn't handling PR files that have changed in the PR but end up being identical to the file on the target branch. I'm investigating this today...
