could not repeat the performance as paper #3

when I use the script keras_CNN/keras_retrain_model.py to retrain the model, parameters are same with the README.md, do not change any code. After 200 epochs, the performance is just 0.9, is worse than the paper "Highly accurate model for prediction of lung nodule malignancy with CT scans".
