Won't work on logon screen for windows 7 #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try to use this screensaver on the logon screen on Windows 7 (see 
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/55389-log-screen-saver-enable-disable.html 
for instructions on how to do this)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The screensaver doesn't load the website. Instead we see a loading icon. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 SP1 professional
Screensaver version uploaded April 2010

try editing registry and set user: SYSTEM so it has the Url set
