I've included details in the individual commits, but basically:

fixes an issue with the replacement not respecting the region selected by the user (if one is selected)
rewrote to_snake_case and tweaked some related code, to make everything respond better to a wider variety of cases/formats.
added a dash-case and a separate words (i.e., normal text) commands
