-Choose room to join -Create a room

seperate out queues / history / tracks on a per room basis
keep playlists on a per user basis

figure out permissions for creating a new room. When a new room is created, the creator should have 'creator' level permissions for the room, and UI to make other users moderators / editors / admins.
