Incorrect titles in downloaded title list #218

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download title list from loader
2. scroll through list to Mario Kart Wii
3. See that current NTSC version of Mario Kart Wii is listed as Mario Kart
Alternative

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Title to be Mario Kart Wii
What is shown: Mario Kart Alternative

It seems that there's some duplicate and incorrect entries in the title
list database that gets downloaded. Because of this, it can lead to
incorrect names being shown on the title list. Deleting the duplicates in
the list fixes the issue, until the next time the list gets downloaded and
the issue arises again.

I get the wrong Mario Kart name and Guitar Hero: Iii Rock Band 2 Edition for my
original Guitar Hero 3 backup.

An issue with an incorrect titles.txt file is not our issue... sorry guys; we 
can't
be faulted for improper titles.txt file. (We don't manage it.)
