haven't tried another loader yet - will try that today. I have a US region Wii,
and
all of my 2D covers are valid, but not all of my 3D covers come up. I also
found
that I have the same issue with "Madworld" and "De Blob."

Tried the Ultimate USB Loader, and this did not help the Indiana Jones issue.
Went
back to this loader & I found that if you put any DVD in the drive, it will
allow
"Madworld," "De Blob," "Metroid Prime 3," and "Deadly Creatures" to load
properly. I
deleted all the 3D covers that weren't properly formatted and now only have 2
games
without covers (Ultimate Shooting Collection & Deadly Creatures). Now the only
issue
I have is with the Indiana Jones game, which still gives me the green screen of
death.

I am also using cIOS36_rev10, if that matters for this issue. Thanks everyone!
I
love this USB Loader and hope to help make it the absolute best possible!

WVJ, What cios version and Region are you using?
Are you Forcing PAL’s to NTSC?
If so if you are forcing to off the NTSC force and try to load the game. If it
displays in black and white then you can force it. If it “scrolls” and
unreadable
then the force sometimes works, I found 3 out of 15 that “scrolled” I was
able to
force and the I’m able to force all black and whites to color “NTSC”.
This is all based on the “softchip mod”

cIOS rev13 fixed the problem! cIOS rev13b, on the other hand DID NOT (found
that one
first, then installed cIOSrev13 - the original). Currently cIOS rev13 (again,
NOT
version "b") is loading all of my games. Also, for the record, all of my iso
files
are ripped from the original NTSC, US region games (I DO NOT DOWNLOAD iso
files!).
Thanks everyone!
