Options not available when using Julian Easter #378

Hi, When you select Julian Easter in the Regression specification (through the GUI), the "option" specification disappears and you cannot select IncludeEaster or IncludeEasterMonday. You can select the option before ticking Julian but in this case it seems it is not taken into account.

The option is not implemented in 2.2. That is why it is disabled. We will consider a more general definition of Easter effect (for example by specifying the number of days before and after Easter) in JD+ 3.0
