rabbitmq-plugins not in PATH by default #2

Hi there,

By installing rabbitmq-server on Ubuntu 12.04, you don't get the rabbitmq-plugins command by default in $PATH, it's located under: /usr/lib/rabbitmq/lib/rabbitmq_server-2.7.1/sbin/

That generated the following error: ERROR: execute[Enable rabbitmq_management](/var/chef/cache/cookbooks/rabbitmq-management/recipes/default.rb:20:in `from_file') had an error:

Hi. Thanks for the bug report. I'm not actively using this cookbook at the moment, but feel free to submit a pull request with a fix. I'd be happy to merge it.
