While FTP is not RESTful, I dig it.

It doesn't look like the ftp link is rendered properly on github, the href element is missing. It seems like the like passing the ftp url through a url shortener could be a workaround: https://github.com/gollum/gollum/issues/759. I'll create another pull request w/ the fix
