Write Starbound backend #16

Create a backend for Starbound. Partially because I want to play it with people; partially to show that stuff works. A KSP backend would also be nice, depending on what the multiplayer story is for that.

Depends on #5 obvs.

Since Starbound and KSP are both Steam games, it may be interesting to see if we can take advantage of the Steam backend to do the downloading.
