We need a new name for the plugin since it will conflict with the vimdocs for :help status

Been pondering this one. I was hoping to come up with something clever about modularity but haven't yet. I just saw your description though, "Better Status Bar". That seems to be a decent name and would allow us to make some nicer variable names like BSB_FooBar.
