Driver page for test 11.9.3.b is wrong #586

While tidying up the Selenium driver pages in chapter 11 for Safari, I 
noticed that the driver page for 11.9.3.b is quite confused. The test itself 
is of a local file put. The last three steps in the driver page currently 
look to be a bit pointless. After the submit is activated, there are calls to 
waitForModelReady, verifyText and verifyNotText that don't really seem to be 
testing anything at all.
