Unreadable chars in header #73

Sometimes I see unreadable chars instead of name. 2014-10-13 14-07-33 re

Just got the same issue in Title Ответ: �במנךא ( Сити Электроникс)

@insekt - I couldn't get a time for analysis. I'm planning to do on coming weekend. Thanks for your patience.

@insekt - I have started verifying and doing analysis and plugin. But as of now I couldn't get any clue. I'm sure using the header values created by Mail.app from email for attribution.

Let me know continue on my analysis!

I think the reason of such problem is somewhere in encoding. Do you support koi8-r, win1251? In Mail.app all text is fine. It becomes unreadable only in my reply.

I'm implicitly inheriting Mail.app encoding settings & user settings per locale. Will take a look around that!

Thanks @insekt for testing, I'm doing few more improvements. Coming weekend I will release it.
