In some/most browsers (which is what ichm feels like), you can open a link in a
new tab by middle-clicking on it, so it seems to make sense (to me) that ichm
should open a new tab if you middle-click a link.
I realise ichm offers cmd+click to do this, or a context menu item, but my mind
is pretty well trained to middle-click from about 8 years of tabbed browsing...
so its more of a convenience, but I would imagine it's not too hard to fix this
(from a programming point of view) given the existing cmd+click shortcut.
