It would be very useful to mark certain screens as using certain themes, so that the public screens at Massey could use the massey theme, for example, and the rest of the site is bog standard Formulize. This is more important than screens per group or for anons vs others, because logged in users still want the massey theme on the public facing pages, same as anons.
