The current name, "react-scaffold", is slightly ambiguous.
Returning to the project after a while I found it strange there was a public/ directory. The name of the project should indicate a focus on applications and not components.
Also, according to the definition of "scaffold" I'm not sure it's the right word either.
This project is meant to serve as a starting point for building react applications. Therefore a name like "react-app-starter" would suffice.
