Bug fix:

removeIP action completed with errors because /var/lib/jelastic/keys/bannedip.txt was not accessible to the jelastic user

New Features:

Service restart, stop, status actions
sudo access with auto sudo prepend for fail2ban-cli and for systemctl restart, stop, start, status fail2ban
checkIP action
moved checkIP and removeIP to buttons
