Add skip forward and back button 'x' seconds in notification #298

I would like to see two buttons added into the media controls notification, skip forward 30 seconds and skip back 30 seconds. This would be especially useful for live tv when skipping forward through recorded commericials.

This can probably be closed unless OP is recommending replacing non-descript "FF/RW" with the newer "numerical FF/RW" buttons found in the revamped music player and CAF touch controls.
