Support for retreiving voice actor metadata & images #56

Add support for retrieving retreiving voice actor metadata & images.

Also fix some other minor issues:

Pass cancellation tokens properly.
Use "languageV2" instead of deprecated "language" field for staff voice actor metadata. The "language" field sometimes contains an incorrect language.
Fix end date for shows/movies being set to incorrect value.

Does jellyfin have a way to reorder/disable providers for Person items? I added support for pictures for completeness, but image quality is not great honestly, and personally it would be good to be able to disable or prioritize other providers.

Can you retarget the "unstable" branch in this repository? We're not updating this plugin for 10.8 anymore.

Does jellyfin have a way to reorder/disable providers for Person items?

I don't believe we currently have a way to prioritize or disable people metadata downloaders.

Done, but I haven't had the chance to test yet.

Would a plugin setting to enable/disable these providers be appropriate?
