Subtitles are too big #313

I set these SRT subtitles to "Smaller" yet they're really big as seen here: Image Jellyfin - Tizen

For reference, here's the same content running on Emby with the subtitles set to "Smaller" as well: Image Emby - Tizen

Initially, I thought this issue was specific to Jellyfin in general but no, here is the "Smaller" subtitles setting on PC: Image Jellyfin - Windows PC

I'm on Jellyfin 10.10.3, Tizen 8.0. What can I do to fix this?

P.S. The font setting is also not working on the Tizen app, I set both the TV and PC to the "Console" font but the TV is still showing the default font.

It is intended that the font on the TV is enlarged (125%) to take into account the distance from which it will be watched.

Emby - Tizen

Don't you think they're too small for a TV? 🤷‍

I guess you have a 4K resolution. It is a known bug: https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-web/issues/558 For some, even "Extra Large" isn't big enough. 🤷‍

Yes, same thing on my Tizen 4. There seems to be a lack of fallback fonts in the CSS for other subtitle styles. UPD: Or Samsung TV doesn't have any other fonts.
