Currently it isn't possible to refresh the metadata manually for a library. It is possible however to refresh metadata of an existing movie or show to scan for an updated file or new episode. I think that libraries should also have this option in the app, or even a feature to scan the whole server.
Ex: I download a new movie and would like to play it, I can't scan for new files through the webOS Jellyfin app.
