Minimap visual improvements #365

This PR makes visual improvements to the sidebar minimap.

[x] updates minimap styles (headings, underline, strikethrough, lists)
[x] refactors sidebar.scss defaults.scss
[x] removes underline and strikethrough styles from minimap editor
