We currently have these three workouts:
but does these workouts make sense? for the second one, yes, but I don't really see how first one and the third one would be... helpful.
I'm actually gonna go to the rec and look at what kindda workouts they have on their treadmills :)
Checking the treadmills is the best option. I know of some off the top of my head (intervals, consistent, increasing) , but not that detailed.
