I'm not receiving any recovery emails #4276

Type(s) of account issue

I didn't receive any email

Summary

tried with username ngr_deif and email ngr at deif.com.

kth at deif.com was also unable to log in with the password they did receive in the email, so if you could look into that, that'd be great!

Hi @figaw , I've checked our logs:

You might want ot check with your email administrator if *.jenkins.io had not been grey -listed or considered as spam?

@figaw about the second problem (email received with a non working password): I see that both accounts did have their password changed twice after their respective creation: if the emails weren't sent in the right order, then it could explain.

I believe you should start by solving the email issue first (until you receive the emails when resetting) to avoid additional issues in the future. Is that Ok for you?
