Formatting earlier: old

Formatting now: final

Closes: #62 issue Approach: I've included a custom HTMLLayout file similar to the actual one from Log4j2 and included in it the stylesheet similar to jenkins one for uniform formatting.

@jvz I've used similar formatting as is present in other plugin tables. Could you review it and suggest if any other field might need formatting and what?
