Update to Jenkins v2.277 LTS

Updates to Jenkins 2.277 LTS, some dependencies need a more recent version.

The actual version doesn't matter as long as it's >= 2.222.4 I guess.

@offa it seems the version was not high enough dependabot builds are still failing

~~Interesting, I've tested it with one or two Dependabot PRs and it looked fine.~~

For whatever reasons I used 2.277.1 in the PR but 2.277.4 locally :man_facepalming: Thanks for fixing it up.
