I went to minecraft 1.7.10 forge, then I go into the loader and get out such an error, what should I do?

run cmd.exe as admin, cd into bin and do java -jar injector.jar

i have this same issue but your solution does not work for me i have forge 1.7.10 open

edit: the fix is to download the "Recommended" version of forge 1.7.10 instead of the latest
