What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I use CPU-Z too, and the CPU paramethers  doesn't agree. Plase check my attach 
file.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win7

Please provide any additional information below.
Maybe I make some mistake, but i dont understand what is the problem, why cant 
I overclock my e450?

You haven't done anything wrong. The APU internally locks the frequency to the 
value, which the system was advertised at. Even, if you can change the divider 
;)
