Build process for static assets #36

The website loads really slowly (~7.4s) and has a large number of scripts/styles (55/26) which is no doubt slowing it down. This is much slower than the main competitor in SEO terms: skindeep.co.uk.

For improved user experience and thus SEO score, minifying/bundling/etc should be employed in a build process to reduce load times.

So I was really keen to jump in with the Sage 9 starter theme, it looks so snazzy. But I reckon the rewrite of all the templates into Laravel Blade syntax would take a fair while.

Realistically the MozaikAgency wp-theme-starter would be much quicker to get up-and-running. Webpack and gulp and setup for converting existing themes.

Pretty keen to look at this soon, as most SEO tools penalise skin deep heavily on load time and it is the next 'easy' thing to sort.
