Don't try to download tiles outside the zero-level-tile (t.jpg for gmap) #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to see raster map to the right of 180°E.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see tiles from 180°W and to the right from them, but gpsvp
tries to download from invalid urls.
