Helloz,

GBA blocks yt4.ggpht.com that is used as secondary server for images in yt. If You use RV/RVX and use Patch to bypass regional image restrictions its makes thus Patch usuless cause images are blocked Screenshot_20240829_205709_YouTube

The problem continues. As a short-term solution, I added it to the whitelist in pi-hole and ublock.
