REGARDING SEGMENTATION OF DATA #2

Respected sir,

kindly send the source code or help me regarding segmentation of PPG data. and how you have made the data for training and testing the neural network.

Dear Madam/Sir,

We used the QRS accordance as the time references to divide PPG records into segments. Each segment includes two cardiac cycle's duration. The code is attached here. I have also attached the function we utilized for QRS detection.

I would also love to see to source code for your segmentation but don't see it attached to the previous comment. Is there anyway you could upload it again?

Additionally, I was wondering if you have an example of the testing and training data you used as input for your DL model?

Dear Mara, The previous email contains the data and the m file you needed. "TestSeq.mat", "ValidationSeq.mat", and "TrainSeq.mat" are the processed data to apply to the DM. "Segmentation.m" is the file for segmentation.
