2to3 on everything
remove bundled-in dependencies
add requirements file

I know you will hate that PR, because it literally touches everything and is mostly untested, but I'll need that for porting viper to python3. I'd like to improve it and make it more robust, but for that, I'll need test cases. Do you have some, by any chance?

Yeah, forget about it, I have no idea if there is a chance to get that done ever.

Thanks a lot for the contribution ;) Right it is difficult to put that in the main branch because I am behind some PR and some fixes and I want to try to go first with those. I will take a look when I am finished with that or I will ping you here ;) Thanks again! :)
