Display hoisted outline in pane header #78

I use FoldingText with multiple panes, and I'd like the header of the pane to display the hoisted line, rather than (or as well as) the filename.

The panes to the right are hoisting 'MIT' and 'People' respectively. It would be great to see that in the pane header.

I can see that this is a duplicate of #10 .
