Fix Caps no longer working as Escape after sleep/log in on Pi #40

It appears to maybe be tied to unplugging the keyboard? I can fix it by manually running setxkbmap -option caps:escape after plugging the keyboard in again.

I don't use caps as escape anymore. It was just too difficult to configure across multiple OSs/devices so I'm training myself to use escape like a normal person again.
