Cannot resize window vertically #1

There is a limit to resizing vertically, and no explanation given in the UG

Team's Response

Dear tester, we have tried resizing the window on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, and we can resize it on all three OS. We are thus unable to reproduce this bug.
