Dear tester, CONDO and 'condo' and `Condo' are all the same type, and we have mentioned that the keywords are case insensitive. Besides, allowing it to be case insensitive can be helpful to the user.

While it is correct that the UG states that keywords are case-insensitve, there is no mention of this until the find property command. Hence, as a user, I won't know that this is allowed, because as an user, I will add property first by clicking the hyperlink to the section.
