Hide deprecated and unlisted updates #18

When hiding commonly listed updates, also remove items that are listed as deprecated and don't appear in any of the user created branches.

Sample screen shots of the change:- Hide commonly listed updates - off (current state) pre_hide_deprecated_and_unlisted

Hide commonly listed updates - on (hiding unlisted deprecated items) post_hide_deprecated_and_unlisted

This would change the meaning of the button to be "hide common listed and commonly unlisted updates." I personally prefer seeing all deprecated updates when viewing the condensed list. Perhaps both a Hide common listed, and then a separate Hide commonly unlisted button. I'll think on that one.
