When we build search for resources, we want to be able to search by name and by tag (or category). Pls add a field in the resource creation tool that allows admins to add a tag or category to a resource (i.e. spirituality).
There are 2 parts to this:
[ ] A new admin function that allows admins to curate a list of tags in the platform
[ ] A dropdown in the resource creation modal for selecting a tag/category for a resource
