Hi, The result heavily depends on OpenStreetMap data, it might be an other edge case that the algorithm does not supports. Can you send me the coordinates used ? It will help find out what went wrong

You cant modify the edges of a terrain though. Which is a big part of the issue.

the edge of the terrain cannot be edited using deformer; thus it cannot be fixed temporarily using that tool!
