Support forex #16

Forex support should be added.  This would mean:

  * completing Instrument.isForex()
  * completing the forex InstrumentType
  * supporting MIDPOINT instead of trade in historical data
  * allowing trades to occur without volume  (both in IB and backtesting)
  * allow importing to occur without volume

Confirm that this works with forex trading as well as currency futures
