Team's Response

There is already dummy data to play around with and the UG provides example commands with valid NRICs. Furthermore, during UAT, users will normally want to use their actual centre data to test the product.

We changed this to low as it is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product.

Items for the Tester to Verify

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: - During UAT, considering there are sensitive data such as unmasked NRIC, I do not agree that new users would use their actual centre data to test this product straightaway, due to privacy issues.

## Issue type Team chose [`type.DocumentationBug`] Originally [`type.FeatureFlaw`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** This is a feature flaw of the add and edit command, as: 1. It is not optimised enough for target users (i.e. they cannot test the application well enough first before actually deciding to use it) 2. It is a hard-to-test feature (i.e. not enough sample data, or maybe giving more sample NRICs for users to test using the application first)
## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.Low`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** - This is very likely to happen. As the target users are from a governmental agency, it is very likely that they will not and should not use their sensitive data such as NRIC to test a new application that is introduced. - It causes major inconvenience in that situation, as mentioned before, they would have to keep testing new NRICs, until one is valid.
