[HELP] Configuration example for Cloudflare #9

Hi,

as said, can we have a brief section in the readme about how to configure Cloudflare? Right after following up the steps, I get a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS no matter which SSL config I use. Some guide is appreciated 👍
