Detects a timeout after forwarding pings from client to server unsuccessfully, marking the server offline, logging a warning, and showing an entry in the LAN server list as "server offline".

Keeps forwarding the pings to the server even when it's offline so that when it comes back online, phantom detects it and shows the correct server in the list -- it's instantly updated.

Thanks, very cool 👍 tought too about deleting client, but i left it out.
