Friends tab shows a 1 but servers don't appear #85

I'm using phantom on Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, with an Xbox One S. When I try to use phantom, the Friends tab in Minecraft shows a 1, but nothing appears in the tab (Joinable Friends just shows "Your friends are not playing Minecraft right now.")

is the IP and port of the remote server specified in the config file?
