Development IronPython chokes on IronClad Import #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm running IronPython Development #66068
2. on command line ipy >> import ironclad
3. __init__.py file chokes on 
Line 24 >> _mapper = PythonMapper(os.path.join(_dirname, "python26.dll"))

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

IronClad '2.6.0RC1' Running on Windows 7 (X64)

I compiled IronPython Development #66068 on 
Visual Studio 2008 Version 9.0.30729.1 SP
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 3.5 SP1

Are the dlls under security block?
Are the dlls referenced?
Have you tried 2.6.1 for .Net 4.0?
